Location

The The Lakota Art Studio & Gallery is located at 1020 Center Street in Rockglen, Saskatchewan, 35 minutes away from the spectacular Grasslands National Park.

Hoodoos, sinking hills, quick sand, a dark preserve, fossils and more, it is no wonder that people from around the world visit us. Ancient Buffalo wallows are etched into all the surrounding hills of Rockglen. There are so many things to do and see: take in the incredible landscape of the National Park, enjoy the local art, stay at one of the tent cabins, camping grounds, or tipis. Kim runs her very own BnB tipi!

Wood Mountain is home to the oldest continuous running rodeo in Canada. The Lakota Wood Mountain Nation holds a powwow in the 3rd week of July.

Hours

Private tours upon request, 7 days a week.

Summer hours: Thursday to Sunday, 10am -5pm.
